Skilled Nursing
Skilled Nurses provide assessment, hands-on care and teaching due to needs related to post hospital recovery; such as wounds, infusion therapy, diabetes, cancer and other illnesses.
Post-Hospital Recovery
Hospital stays are shortened when home health nurses perform dressing changes, remove stitches or staples, instruct on post-operative self-care, or do other treatment and therapies in the home.
Palliative Care
This home health program emphasizes pain and symptom control for those facing life-limiting illnesses. Clients may be pursuing curative treatment, have an extended prognosis, or otherwise be inappropriate for Hospice services. This program is oversaw by the Hospice IDT and Hospice Nurses are available for consult.
Psychiatric Services
Psychiatric trained RN's provide psychiatric evaluation and therapy.
